While facial aging is inevitable, today there are more options for rewinding the clock than ever before, including non-invasive technologies such as AccuTite. With no downtime, AccuTite can help tighten the skin, reduce stubborn fat, and restore a refreshed, vibrant appearance. Dr. Kwak is excited to offer AccuTite to his patients as part of his continued commitment to staying ahead of cutting-edge breakthroughs in cosmetic science.

What is AccuTite?

AccuTite uses RFAL (radiofrequency energy) to provoke skin renewal, tissue tightening, and fat removal. Versatile enough to treat the face and the body, AccuTite produces results on par with plastic surgery, minus the anesthesia, incisions, scarring, costs, and recovery.

How is AccuTite performed?

AccuTite is an in-office treatment performed under a local anesthetic. Radiofrequency is delivered through small probes inserted through tiny incisions. One probe is placed under the skin, while one sits atop the surface of the skin with the RF energy flowing between them. The skin tissue is thus heated from two directions, contracting sagging skin while simultaneously triggering collagen and elastin regeneration.

AccuTite is an excellent solution for patients wishing to address age-related facial flaws but who are not yet ready for invasive surgery. Before & After

Should I get AccuTite or a facelift?

Facial aging occurs in several different ways, not just at the superficial level. The underlying structure of the face can be compromised due to collagen depletion and even the muscles and bones can transform as the years pass. A facelift will address multiple aspects of facial aging at once.

AccuTite is another powerful option for reducing facial sagging and folds. The radiofrequency energy triggers the rebirth of collagen, which leads to a naturally firmer complexion. AccuTite cannot manipulate the facial tissues like a facelift can, but it is effective as a non-surgical means of sharpening the jawline, combating jowls, and smoothing the skin on the face and neck. Results can last up to 5 years.

Can AccuTite be combined with other procedures?

AccuTite is primarily used to firm and reshape the lower face, so it can often be combined with blepharoplasty, a brow lift, or injectables to comprehensively rewind the clock on aging in all areas. If you are interested in undergoing additional cosmetic treatments at the same time as AccuTite, Dr. Kwak can create a personalized treatment plan that accomplishes your objectives.

What is the recovery for AccuTite like?

AccuTite has very little downtime. Clients may experience mild bruising and swelling, but these side effects fade quickly. Most patients can expect to be back and work within several days. All will receive detailed aftercare instructions from Dr. Kwak.

How much does AccuTite cost?

Dr. Kwak will create a personalized treatment plan to address your unique cosmetic concerns and will provide a complete quote for services at the time of your private consultation. Pricing for AccuTite depends on the number of areas treated, the size of the treated regions, and on whether any other procedures are undergone in tandem with AccuTite.

What are the risks involved with AccuTite?

Because AccuTite delivers RF energy beneath the skin, there is a lowered risk of skin damage. AccuTite also has a temperature sensor that carefully monitors the heat received by the patient over the course of their treatment.

Is AccuTite Safe?

FDA-cleared AccuTite is far safer than plastic surgery because there is no anesthesia, incisions, or the risk of infection. The tiny holes through which the cannula is threaded heal quickly within a few days. Dr. Kwak and his team have the training, experience, and knowledge to accurately and safely execute your treatment plan and get you the results you desire.

Is AccuTite painful?

Patients receive a topical anesthetic prior to their session along with oral sedation if needed to help them relax.

Will I have scars after AccuTite?

The radiofrequency energy delivered during AccuTite is administered through tiny holes in the skin that heal quickly, unlike the incisions made during plastic surgery. After AccuTite, it is virtually impossible to see any scarring.

How long will my results last?

Some studies have shown AccuTite to last up to 5 years, provided the patient protects their skin from the sun and follows a high-quality skincare regimen.
